Felicity, the Ice Neko

Here is Felicity, the Princess of British Columbia and also a secret heroine known as, the Ice Neko. Since her childhood, she wanted to be a super heroine but couldn't when she was a teenager because of her parents being really famous and forbidding her from going out in the day and night as a girl in a "costume that was meant for sex". She spent the rest of her life in the house and in parties as a princess until her parents retired and passed on the right of rule to her brother, Maximilian. She right now spends her free time fighting crime and capturing bad guys.
